Associate Director, Business Analytics, RedRoute International Ltd. Nigel has a BSc in Systems & Management from City University and an MBA from Cass Business School. He is also a qualified accountant, joined the RedRoute team in 2011 and is a passionate about helping client’s get the maximum value from their data. He specialises in data management and the application of decision support modelling for business decision making.

Associate Director, Marketing Optimisation Models, RedRoute International Ltd. Rachel has a BA in Economics and Econometrics from Manchester University and has used those skills with great aplomb in both agency and client-side roles. Her experience includes 12 years as Strategic Planning Manager for Mars Europe as well as being a Senior Econometrician at the marketing analysts OHAL. Rachel joined RedRoute in 2011 and specialises in the provision of online decision support models.

Co-founder and Senior Director of RedRoute International Steve has a BSc(Hons) in Economics from Warwick and an MSc in Economics & Econometrics from Southampton

A senior International Executive with expertise in leading branded, private brand and franchised businesses in the FMCG, packaging and logistics industries. Prior to joining RedRoute, Andrew founded, expanded and divested a European and MEA packaging and shipping franchise following a corporate career which included roles as Group Vice President of the Consumer Products Division of The Olayan Group (a multi-billion $ ME conglomerate) which included majority owned JV’s with Nestle, Mondelez, Kimberley-Clarke, Colgate-Palmolive, Coca-Cola, DHL & Hutamaki and prior to that roles as Regional VP for Henkel in Europe and MEA, International Marketing Director for BP and Regional Marketing Director for BAT. Andrew started his career at Mars who he joined having gained an honours degree in Food and Management Science at London University.
